Hi, I'm Nicole. I'm 12 years old, and I want to know some things I can do to get ready for Track at my school in the Spring. I'm already going to start soccer, but I need something else to keep me fit everyday. I only have a soccer game once every Saturday. I'm skinny, but I'm not in good shape. I know this sounds pathetic, but I run out of breathe going up a flight of 5 stairs sometimes. But, it has been Summer, and I'm inside and lazy and sleeping in, so I'm of course not at my fittest, but back to the subject. I just started school today, and so any tips on how I can stay active and doing something? Thanks guys! All your answers help!
