How can I get in shape/lose a couple pounds fast for a contest?

I just found out I'm doing a bikini contest in 23 days and I need to tone/lose a few things. Any quick fixes? Little tips?

  1. cut off an arm...The only approach to deal with excess body fat is to do cardio and toning/sculpting exercises either 5 or 6 days weekly & eat 5 small healthy meals a day...1 or 2 cheat meals a week is fine...avoid fastfoods,sugary drinks and junk foods...dont do any silly diets,You cant diet for life!There is no other way to stay slim for the rest of your life...good luck

Cut out most of the salt in your diet (not too much or you will feel faint and may pass out) and up your water intake.  Follow a strict, low calorie diet and take pilates or yoga.  You will mostly drop water weight and will probably gain it all back as soon as you stop the program, but it'll work fast.
