How can I get in touch with a live customer service rep from ebay on the phone?

My husband found a car listed on craigslist.com that sounds too good to be true. The catch is that the guy is supposedly in Canada and in the ARMY. He's only willing to accept payment through Ebay which would receive payment through MONEYGRAM. I think this sounds like a scam but I did receive an email from ebay stating that the guy is a verified member. Not sure what to think of the whole situation but I don't want my husband to get scammed out of nearly $3,000. Can anyone help me get in touch with ebay other than online?

You can't.  The best you can do is to use the "Live help" button at the top right corner of the EBay home page.
