Paranormal means unusual or unexplainable. If you mean supernatural, then that is impossible since by definition there is no way to interact with anything supernatural.

I don't think you can just 'learn' how to do that. You just know how to do it, really. Maybe if you ask for the ability to get in touch with the paranormal, then you may get it! I hope you succeed. ^_^

Here's a really simple way: watch the "Ghost Hunters" series on SciFi and see what the TAPS team does. If you're really serious about finding something paranormal, ghosts are about the easiest to "prove" and so by duplicating their methods, you should be able to achieve similar results. The trick is finding a place that's haunted so you can. Anything nonphysical can be investigated with these methods.

Crop circles are also paranormal.

UFO's are the most well-known paranormal activity, but not the most common, and largely rely on the luck of an individual to be in the right place at the right time. Many UFO hunters resort to fakes and trickery simply because they get desperate to find proof and so manufacture their own.

Werewolves and other werecreatures, yeti/sasquatch/bigfoot, and other cryptozoological are paranormal, and the best evidence is sketchy at best.

Psychics and mediums are paranormal. However, to date there hasn't been anyone who can claim the JREF prize of $1 million for being able to demonstrate an ability.

There's so MUCH that's paranormal, and this is a very brief (and very incomplete) list. I think you should be more specific in your question: what interests you most? What proofs do you want? How do you want to obtain those proofs?

The issue here is that you don't really understand what you're asking... it's like asking "How do I get in touch with religion?" and expecting a clear answer. There are lots of religions, and lots of ways to explore, and lots of ideas about what's right or not. While these things all have something in common, nobody can give you anything more than their own specific direction unless you choose otherwise.

It's the same with your question: there are just too many directions to take. Could you be more specific?

Research is always a good way to start. Jumping into the unknown can be dangerous and without proper knowledge you could easily end up with some kind of demonic attachment. Using any kind of channeling device is rather naive. A ouija board or ritual will almost always end with bad results. Start by increasing your knowledge and look for hidden truths.  Become introspective and if you have the talent or not it will come.

Don't use the ouiji board, please. That's not any way to connect to the paranormal. It can be very dangerous.

My suggestion is you read as much as you can, knowledge yourself on all aspects of the paranormal, from ghosts to black matter, to UFO's and the lochness monster.

The more knowledgeable you are, the more able you will be to recognize paranormal activity when you see it.

Research is a great way to start.DO NOT use an oujia board that is probably the worst way to get smart about spirits.That's like bringing a stranger into your house.Scary.....huh?!?!

Anyway.....

Like I said just do research like I did and know I try to help everyone I can with their ghostly problems.Read TRUE ghost stories because you never know who the h**l is lying.Doing research is the best because if you do a lot of it like I did then you'll be able to tell people what to do in scary situations.I also would NOT suggest that you play any games that they claim can turn you into a medium,your mind will just be playing tricks on you for a couple of days and you'll be telling someone something that is NOT true.

Also remember to always be skeptic and never believe everything you hear.Also don't let anyone discourage you if this is what you love doing because we ALL know that there are some people who don't believe that ghosts are real and they will discourage you like there is no tomorrow.

Paranormal is a word used to describe phenomena that fall outside the realm of the normal, so you can't contact it any more than you can contact biology.

If you mean to ask how you can contact spirits or ghosts, your guess is as good as mine since we haven't even been able to establish they exist in the first place.

Yeah, I wouldn't try to do it. Sometimes it happens, and it is weird when it happens to you, but I think it you were to actually contact the other side or whatever, it might become more of an occurrence than you are ready for. I'd really rather notice some weird things every once an a while than go actively looking for it. You could get something really evil after you.

I do think there are some weird things out there, maybe it is always there, but if you take too much interest in it, I think you could attract the wrong things, unfortunately.

Good things like angels/spirit helpers or anything that is going to try to help you in any way really doesn't want to stay around an chat. If they have a job to do, they do it. If they have a message they deliver it. They don't hang around to chat with you afterwards. They do their thing and leave.
