How can I get into advanced math?

Hello, I am in the 7th grade, and I am interested in being in advanced math in 8th grade. I just need some ways to talk about it with my current math teacher. I also need to know how I can be prepared and how can i pass the test to get in it?

And no offense to anyone, but can I please only get answers from people who are/were in advanced math. I have nothing against you, but I want some experienced people.

Try asking your teacher about it. Tell him/her that you don't feel challenged enough in your class.

Do your homework, pay REALLY close attention in class (it's hard at first, but you get used to it) and study whenever you can
