How can I get into shape? What would be the best workout without going to the gym?

I want to know the best workout without going to the gym. I have some chub on my stomach that I really want to get rid of. I also have some cellulite on my legs that I want to get rid of. And also would like to know the best kind of diet so I can keep my heath and my fitness up to code. So if someone could help me out.. I would appreciate it!

  1. Try jogging at least a mile a day, if you can.

    Try jump roping several sets after you jog, if you can.

    Try sit-ups everyday, if you can.

    Try fiber diet (fiber-one cereal), white turkey meat which usually 98% fat free, and lots of blueberries.

  4. never fast, it slows your metabolism and you lose much slower or not at all. I know because I seldom eat yet have gained and continue to gain. The doc says my metabolism has mostly shut down so I don't get rid of calories, or take in anything that will be good.   Old fashion exercise.  Find and aerobic show or get a dvd  you like.  but stick with it.  good luck
