How can I get invovled with a Non Governmental Organization that helps the poor in Africa?

Because I'm sure you would have no problem standing up to the full weight of a corrupt government if you were them, right? Idiot.

I just gave my neighbor 4 jars of peanut butter for her kids to eat....I was too poor to mail it to Africa..but not to poor to give to our own starving children here....I feel for the people in any country starving, but i also care about the ones i can look out of my window and see with ribs showing....Feed ours first....

They were cultivateing the soil with sharp sticks.  Living in subsistance farming garden plots.  Living in small villiages with almost no contact from the outside world.  No electrical power or TV or Phones or anything but a mud and straw hut with a straw roof.  

The Islamic forces decided they wanted the land and thier herds kind of like the Europeans took over North America from the Indians.  They went down in number from millions to a few thousand who were unable to fight mostly women and children.

The Islamic forces went into villiage after villiage and with tanks and repeating riffles and hand garnades and other high class weapons.  First of all they sent in a missle launcher and blew up the place and burned down the houses and the few who ran away were shot down and killed out right.

The little girls were taken to use as s*x slaves for the fighting men and the little boys to clean up the camps and cook and they to were used for s*x.  By peaceful muslims.

The article is in the National Geographic as told by the boys were ran away and some how survived.  They are living up North in the USA.  They were rescued out of there and some are still being rescued.  The slaughter was complete as millions were brutally murdered and left to starv to death in concentration camps.  worst genocide since Hitler exterminated the Jews.  It is still going on.

The article said, "It will prove to be the worst genocide in the history of the world."

So it has nothing to do with poor, it is just that their government was taken over by Islamic extremists.

Remember the pictures of Hitler shaking hands with the pope?

Religion has a lot to answer for.

I am involved via my church. I am going there soon. You should have no trouble giving financial or other support. Just google Africa Aid NGOs.

Join anyone of the volunteer service organization that will guide you to get posted in any developing country.

Why don't you get involved with an organization that helps the poor in America?  Sweep in front of your own door first, then help the guy around the corner.
