same as anywhere else, you need to look for openings with companies and apply for the job.

To be frank, if you have to ask that question, I, as an employer would seriously have doubts hiring you.

If you are not Singaporean, is Subject for work pass. you may not get any work permit for some jobs ! also depend which countries you from . What kind of jobs you are looking for ? and what countries passport you hold ? ( Sorry, if you are Singaporean,and yet you ask this question , you never get jobs )
