I usually go to sleep around 2-3 AM and wake up around 12-1 PM still feeling tired and the need to go back to sleep. I hate waking up around this time and really feel like I'm wasting part of my day and want to know the best way to get more energy when I wake up without having to get 10+ hours of sleep. Thanks!

  1. because you are sleeping too much.  try sleeping for 7-8 hours and when you wake up do some stretchings.

  2. Healthy sleeping is 8+hrs a day.   you have a good habit of sleeping 8-10hrs a day (that is good). makes you look younger than your actual age =p

anyway, your body is just so used to conserving energy and maintaining Low Metabolism Rate (that's why you feel restless)

best thing you can do is start exercising. jog or walk 20mins-1hour a day. it will be hard at first because your body will have to adjust again (body has to increase metabolic rate). just have to make your body get used to it. or better yet, go to the nearest gym, build some muscles =)

or....    you could do something stressfull..... like work. gives a little stress, but you can use your salary to drink on weekends =P    Stop taking allowance from Mom or Dad so they wont have Power over you anymore =p   welcome to manhood! cheers! =)
