How can I get more height an speed for a high school post player.

Im 14 years old about 200 pounds and 5 foot 11. I need to be able to get higher into the air and get faster down the court and build my stamina back up, because i havent played all summer.

  1. u definitely need to lose some weight first (b-cuz ur over weight......................I'm 5'10 just turned 15 the other day and i weigh 171 and i still am a little fat and for stamina do suicides  


  2. well height is in your genetics, but you could run a mile a day and harness around you waist and tie a tire to the harness and run for to minutes. those are excellent speed exercises.  

  3. Height- you can jump alot of times in the air really quick and high it builds Height and stamina.

    Speed- Run alot till no more
