I have a blog and I am looking for more traffic. I am hoping for some free ways before I start throwing more money into it.

it is good,,

try passing out flyer's around the gym,, cheap and easy (Kinko's)

try posting at other blogs sites and dropping by friends pages at face-book or my space saying thanks for the add,, ( i know that is annoying but it works)
