Question:

How can I get motivated and pumped for v-ball practice

Ok when i started I was pumped, and ready but i always did this at like 3:15 pm after school and now that i have to start at 9 am I have been really out of it I need like some sorta of method to help me and since the gym isn't air condition it gets waaaayyy to hot so help me please!!!!

  1. Eat a good breakfast, and if u can take your shower at night so in the mornings your pretty much ready to go, and go to bed early!!!!
