How can I get music OFF my xbox 360 hard drive?

I put a CD onto my 360, then lent it to my friend, who then lost it in a few days. Now, the CD is still on my hard drive, is there any way I can burn it onto a disk from my xbox 360?

I am sorry , but the Information on the xbox 360 is not transferable in both ways, in or out of the console exept through the officiall ways either from the market place , but you will not be able to transfer any data from the console Hard drive to a normal Computer
