How can I get music off a Creative Zen Micro?

Question

A friend lent me his old Creative Zen Micro with eight CDs worth of French lessons... I can listen to them, and access the 512 "removable disk" from Windows XP, but can't access the mp3s themselves.

Please help me, I'm really eager to get these files as I'm moving to France!

Just answered a question like this and i said

Connect your zen to the pc via a usb cable go into your computer and then click on the name of the device and from there you can see all your songs and press delete to delete them
