How can I get my 360 avatar to appear?

I just changed my 360 avatar and it isn't showing up on answers. What can I do to make it show up?

set as primary picture in 360  then save

There have been more and more problems reported about missing pics. Since 360 is slated to shut down soon, nobody is really working to straighten out the bugs. The only thing to do is wait, sometimes the link is slow, I've seen it take more than a day for the pic to show up. One piece of advice, if you get your pic to show, be careful about trying to change it.

Did you set your picture as primary after you uploaded it?

If you do that, it should show up on here.
