  1. lol haha i work for a cable company try unplugging the box for 30 second and see if that doesn't work try phoning your cable company and get them to send a "hit" or signal to the box. if that doesn't work ,they may have to check your lines because vod and digital cable in general has a compressed signal/in short if there are any damage in the lines or signal issues coming into the house then there will be problems.
