How can I get my Linksys wired router to become Nat Type 2?

Linksys befsr41 version 4.3

I have already did dmz, port forwarding, and when I tryed a static ip(which I need help doing) I couldn't even get online.

  1. If your ISP dynamically assigns your IP, you can't use static addressing.
