How can I get my Sims to celebrate a Golden Anniversary?

Question

When the Sims become Elders, a new party option "anniversary" appears in the "throw party" section . But some of the Sims want to celebrate a golden anniversary with their chosen spouse.

You have to let them age.  Once they both become elders, have one of them go to the phone.  Choose "Throw Party" then "Anniversary" and they should be good to go.  Don't forget the cake!  ;)

Then they should celebrate there golden anniversary when it's being 50 years you should just press anniversary and they will share it like a golden one.
