How can I get my blog to be suscribed to?

i want to have one of those buttons that say "suscribe to my blog"

please!!! and give me the steps!!! im a mental r****d!

  1. You'd have to make your blog an RSS feed. The blog area also has to be public.

    - Click "My Blog"

    - Click "Edit Blog Settings"

    - Go to the "Who can see your blog" section and make sure it's set to public. Then, click "Publish site feed" box.

    - Click the "Save" button
