How can I get my body fat percentage down quick?

I am a 20 year old male just under 5 11 and weigh 148 exactly. So last time I got my body fat measured it was 14%. What are some quick ideas to getting it down fast. I am in the gym 4- 6 times a week.

Im not sure where my problem areas are so I can get on my webcam if you would like to see to give me some ideas. Thanks for your time

  1. your 146? im 5'11 182 and im at 12% body fat, are you sure thats right? anyway the best way to lose fat is cardio , and run every morning before breakfast.Lift weights at the gym like you normally do and add in 2-3 days of hard sprints.

    By the way 14% is actually pretty good, you might wanna put on like 10-15 pounds though


  2. Running is the best sport to lose fat because fat is energy and the only way to get rid of energy is to burn it. Out muscles burn fat, and the biggest muscles are in our legs and they require the most energy.

    Keep going to the gym and build your muscles up

    Also don't go from machine to machine, stay on one machine for at least 20 minutes
