  1. It does get easier.  To get my contacts out, I just put my finger on the colored part of my eye, then look sideways.  My eye moves, but my finger is holding the contact in place, so it pops right out.  Getting it in can be a little tricky, but it just takes practice.  I just place it as close to my pupil as possible, then push on it gently to press the air out from between the contact and my eye.  The closer you get the contact to your pupil, the better chance that it will stick to your eye, since the contact should be the same shape as this part of your eye.  But remember, this will get easier and faster as you get used to it. Good luck!

  2. I remember when I first got contacts. It took me forever to get them in and then I was too scared to take them out.

Now I've had them for so long, it's incredibly easy, I don't even think about it.

First of all, just relax. You're not going to damage your eye by trying to take it out.

Blink a few times and maybe put a couple drops of contact solution on your index finger and thumb. Try and look straight in a mirror so you can see what you're doing. Gently pinch the lens until it folds between your fingers a bit - then you'll be able to take it out. Don't worry, you'll get the hang of it!

  3. Streetlight is right.  Pretty soon this will be so easy for you!  I also recommend having your eye, one finger, and your thumb wet and the rest of your fingers and the outside of your eye dry.  Slide the contact from its edge to the white part of your eye while you look towards your nose.  Gently pinch and it should come out.

If you're having problems sliding it off your cornea, sometimes I keep my eye closed and try to slide it off center under the lid.  It helps keep your eye from getting irritated, too.  Be gentle, though.  Once you can slide it off under your lid, open your eye.  Either it will still be on the side and you can pinch it off or it will be easier to slide off center open.

Good luck, and just keep trying!
