How can I get my dad to trust me?

I'm 15..turning 16 in Nov. and I barely go out to hang out w/ friends..this whole summer I went to the movies came home got yelled at and went to my Best Friend's b-day party. He doesn't have an amount of trust in me...when I go to the library to really study he thinks I'm seeing friends and I stayed at school once b/c of AP testing and he thought I was hanging out with friends.
