they shut down my facebook account , someone send me a virus and i accepted it so it kept sending messages to my friends that i didn't send, please help me how can i get my facebook account back ? i really need it

mail [e-mail] Ive had the same thing today, I mailed them earlier but still awaiting a reply. They should re enable it, after all, it's a virus they were aware of but failed to tell anyone about!
