I need to get my fingertips strong, quick and as fast as possible because I can't dribble and my high school basketball career is about to come to and end.

  1. -pound ball between hands

-hold your arms out with elbows straight and tap ball from hand to hand with fingertips

    -pound dribble

-get a gripp ball, it helps forearm and fingertips

-crumple up newspapers with one hand (sounds weird, but works)

  2. eat

  3. Get a container/bucket fill it up with uncooked rice, and squeeze the rice over and over, picking up clumps of rice over and over...sounds retarted, huh? but it works

  4. It may seem a little odd, but this will definitely improve your fingers for basketball. Find a pull-up bar, jump up and grab hold, and see how long you can do it for. You don't have to pull up or anything, but just hang there. The longer you hold onto the bar, the more your weight will force your fingers to become stronger. As you do it everyday, you should see the time you can do it for become better and better. You should be able to do it better and better every week. I have been doing this for football and basketball for years, and it really does work.

  5. well, an exercise i saw Deng doing in NBA FIT, was he would get a big bowl of rice and he would play around with his fingers in it. but what i did to make my fingers stronger were finger pushups, and dribbling with one finger. hope i could help!
