How can I get my hair like this [picture]?

and in loose waves at the bottom.

how can i get my hair to be in soft

waves with a curling iron, & what products

will i need?

i do my hair like this all the time... what i do is straighten all of my hair first then i grab a big chunk spray it lightly with bumble and bumble ocean spray and then i use my large barrel curling iron and hold it for about 10-15 seconds and i normally only have to use 4 big chunks of hair and im done

You flat iron the top part of your hair, then on the bottom you use a large barrell curling iron.

Blow out your hair with a blow dryer. Spray with a volumizing spray or  a texture spray but not the roots. Set the hair in large velcro rollers but make sure to put them low not on the top of your hair.

OR

When your hair is wet put leave in conditioner in it and put it in a high bun [like a ballerina] let it dry. [over night or all day] and when you take it out it should be similar.

the latter only works if your hair is long like the picture.
