How can I get my hair this color?

Okay this is a picture of how tanned I am and probably the hair color I want in my future: http://media.justjared.com/headlines/2007/07/ashley-tisdale-hawaii.jpg the girl is very tanned but she also looks very pretty with her blonde hair and it seems to go with her but I dont understand how it can when she is so darkly tanned? I am darkly tanned with light brown hair and chocolate brown eyes. Could someone please tell me the color of her hair and why she is so tanned but it still looks good?

she goes in the sun a lot? and she bleaches her hair?

she just bleached it, and im sure it would look good on you too

if your not sure, maybe get a hairdresser to bleach your hair for you instead of doing it yourself
