  1. even if you don't wash it everyday, condition it every day. and when you condition, massage your head in the shower. and the less heat styling you use, the healthier it will stay and the less the ends will break, making it grow longer.  i stopped blow drying and straightening my hair everyday, so i just let it air dry naturally and straighten it sometimes, like if i'm going out for a night. i think long hair on anybody looks better when it's worn naturally anyway..hope i helped :)

  2. Trim it a couple cm every other month. It gets rid of split ends actually resulting in longer hair.

Take your vitamins! Your mom was right about spinach you know. Try and tone down any heat based products too. They totally kill your hair.

How much hair you have and how long your hair is all depends on genetics. For example, Indians usually have a lot of hair because of genetics whereas a Chinese woman grows a lot slower and less.

  3. what i do is trim the ends every now and then so it gets rid of dead ends. and they continue to grow. but what i have also heard is that if you braid your hair really tight like i think it's called "cornrolls" or whatever lol then it pulls on your hair and it makes it grow. i was in jamaica and that's what they told me (: it seems to work. but i know for sure if you cut the ends every now ant then it does work

    good luck (:
