Meaning the texture/style. Not the coloring or haircut itself. But how she styles it, what products/tools could I use to achieve this look?

You just part your hair in the middle

blow dry if needed.

straiten with a roll brush :)

& if you want it to be non-frizz

use john frieda frizz ease, its like 5 dollars & its great apply after straightenng.
