  1. get some pam or something then take it and spray some on a paper towel then rub it on the wheel.

  2. Try putting a folded paper towel underneath it.  It should quiet down a bin.  My robo's comfort wheel rumbles when she runs, and she's tiny.  I can't imagine how loud they must be for bigger hamsters.

  3. olive oil! Also by making sure nothing is underneath it. Plus you shouldn't have a metal OR bar one. Plastic is good. If none of this works looks for a wheel that say SILENT and doesn't tell you to put olive oil on it. Good luck =)

P.S when i watch my friend's hamster she sadly has a loud wheel to, so i put olive oil on get something to block it up at night so he won't wake me up lol.

But the hamster i have now has a slient wheel. But the little devil likes to put his little chewing stick inside and run (yes, it does crash down on his little head) he doesn't care if he hurts himself he just wants to bug me! lol Good luck =)

  4. olive oil is safe for the hamster and will stop the noise. apply it where the wheel meets with the spindle. that should also free it up and your hammys wheel should be much faster.

  5. veggie oil

  6. if you have a metal or wire wheel i would get a plastic wheel they shouldnt chew on it and it will not make as much noise

there great i have one myself doesnt make a sound unless theres something on top of it like a floor so make sure theres not another floor on top of the wheel cause when it runs it bangs on it
