  1. Are All of you that incredibly cold blooded and ignorant? She has been with the man for 20 years with for better or for worse. She obviously loves him.  If he isn't already in trouble with the law because of it after 20 years then what would turning him in do? If you love him please think about what would happen if by chance he went to jail. Explain to him that you understand the science about the drug, print off NON-BIASED medical documents showing him why you are so concerned. Then learn about GABA, Ephedran, addrenal gland support as well as digestive enzymes. These are just a few things that might aide in his recovery. Also take a trip somewhere that he enjoys but make sure the two of you have a full schedule of events planned out daily that requires walking or some form of exercise. 5-14 days will really help kick off his recovery. Unless of course he is being an a*s and is not willing to at least understand that you are doing it because you love him. The key is to become educated with every aspect of the drug. Positives vs Negatives Chemical addiction  vs emotional addiction of it. The 1st week is the worst but it will take about a month before he starts feeling kinda normal. The dreams are what can really cause a person to be vulnerable to a relapse. He doesn't want to lose you but if you try these things and he still doesn't then leave him a note saying he has to prove to you he is willing to give up your relationship for it. By the time he reads it you should be far enough away and at least gone for 10 days so he can't find you or contact you. This is so he knows that you've done everything and still loves him but you are serious. People recover everyday of this overhyped drug. Opiates are much more difficult. Jail is never a solution to drug dependancy especially here in the U.S. where we imprison more people per capita than any other country in the world. Profit motivated Prison will only worsen your husbands problem. Only you can . I wish you luck.
