How can I get my iPod touch to play the next song on the list and not keep repeating the same song ?

When I listen to my iPod touch, it keeps repeating the same song, I can't get it to automatically go to the next song on the list...pls help, thanx

if you touch the screen once the lengh of the song comes out and it has arrows next to them ones that twist and ones that go in circle turn off the one going in a circle by touching it. it should be a grayish color.
