  1. Run. You seriously are lacking in zeh common sense area.


  2. leg curl, leg press, and leg extension machine. if you do not have access to a gym do toe raises with a lot of extra weight on you(as much as you can do without straining) and distance running will biuld all leg muscles and arns and abs. hope this helps

  6. idk! i&#039;m with you on this question. {lol} I heard sand makes you run faster.. becuase sand is hard to run in and then when you run on ground it&#039;s like a breeze! or try a pool (same thing) so when you get answer then i&#039;ll get answers. Okay. :) Good Luck..
