How can I get my little brother to stop invading my personal space?

Just tonight he went into my room and started throwing things around. I'm really tired of him going into my room and treating everything like it's his. I've tried talking to my parents but they think that he will just stop after a while, and that "I should share". I've tried asking him to stop, but he won't. How can I solve this problem.

put a latch hook on both sides of your door high enough so that he can not reach it.

Go and invade his personal space, and when he gets angry, talk to him, tell him why its not ok, come to some conclusion with him, that you can both understand. Little bros are annoying. Either that, or like the others said, spend so much time with him that he gets sick of you!

I know it sounds bad - and I do not mean go overboard - but i think it is time you let your hands  do the talking.

If he goes into your room and does that - smack him. He will learn after a while that when Big Sis says something - She means it!

It sounds like he wants some of your attention, and to be close to you. I think you should plan to spend 10 or 15 minutes a day with him. Make him feel like he is important to you.
