How can I get my make-up like this?

I love how she has her make up.

How would I be able to do it like her and what type of make-up brand should I use?

alrighty start with a silver eyeshadow and put it all the way up to the brow.

use something like an "eye enhancer" i have one made my covergirl and the color is "champaign"

then add grey to the crease of your eye most likely and a black to your lid.
