I began stretching every day about 3 or 4 months ago in order to get my side and middle splits for cheerleading. I almost have my left and right (I'm about an inch off the floor, maybe), but I don't have my middle split. I'm probably about 5 inches off the ground. I started off being 1ft-1.5ft off the ground, so I've come a long way, but I'm still not there. Now, I'm worrying that I won't have it in time for tryouts and I need it for my toe-touch and hurkies. Are there any good stretches that will work in a month or less?
