  1. You can see if your Mom might be available to help you, and do it around her schedule, when she's "free" (Moms are never really "free" but you know what I mean).

If that doesn't work, asking a friend to help is an excellent suggestion.

And it doesn't matter if the friend is a guy or a girl, as long as they're willing to help you improve.

If you're good friends with any of the other girls on the team, see if she will help you practice. Maybe you can get a couple of other teammates to help you, so you don't take too much time away from one of them...

It's great that you want to get better, so don't give up!  And good luck to you!

  2. Ask her. Is so good for her -tell her

  3. maybe you could get a friend to play with you

  4. practice against the wall I'm serious! It will help you with your leg movements it really does improve you plus you will bump the ball faster, so it gets you to move faster.

  5. i would have a friend to. but if u have a sporty mom that is ok with that tell her how u feel. i mean not im a begging kinda way but tell her u luv the sport and want some one u luv to play it with u. sucking up is the answer to everything!

  6. tell her the truth: say to her " Mom, I have no friends"

  7. ask her really nicely and if she doesn't ask some one else to.

  8. Write a volleyball poem, bake a volleyball cake, tell your mom about your friend named "Volley", wear Volley outfits, eat Volley ice cream... She'll get the point...

  9. Just tell your mom that when you get REALLY good at volleyball, you will tell everyone that she totally got you where you are today.  My mom likes to play with me, so it's not that tough.  :D

  10. Ask her that you been practicing for volleyball and that you need help improving your skills. Let her know that this is healthy for you and for her practicing this sport together.

  11. You should tell her it'll be a great bonding experience and that it's something you can teach her that you love and enjoy. Plus tell her it'll help you with practicing

  12. Hit the ball against the house. She'll get so irritatied by it she should volunteer to save the paint.

  13. if you want you mom to play with you just say hey mom would you help me practice a few times a week that way you both are active and have you quality time good luck
