How can I get my money back from the animal hospital ?

I took my 12 weeks old kitten to the vet yesterday for her second fvrcp and not even seen her treated ....I checked her temperature and it was so high .... I paid with credit card and I will take her to another vet immediately.. If its problems occur, to whom I need to report and get my money back...?
