Question:

How can I get my parents to stop?

My mom has this weird rule. She makes me stay in my school uniform on school days after school. She says changing clothes after school to just watch TV and do homework is pointless and creates unnecessary laundry. I offered to do my own laundry, but she still said no. What is the point of this and how can I get out of it?.

PS: This is my uniform. It's not the best thing to wear all day

Tell her your not comfortable in your uniform, and that you'll wash your own clothes.

ok wow your pretty and the uniform isn't so bad but i definitely wouldn't want to wear it everyday of my life. i think you should just change into normal clothes when you get home and if she says anything say its more comfortable. if she still gives you problems tell her your protecting yourself from all those weird perverts out there who are obsessed with schoolgirls :0

Wow, tough situation =/

Do you have any 'home clothes' you can just comfortably wear?

Or even a pajama ?

That's what I wear when I get home.

Besides, home clothes, you don't have to wash every single day.

from what i can see your uniform isnt that bad,

just loosen the skirt, undo the buttons & make it comfortable

if your only watching tv & doing home then just stay in it

coz the washing uses a lot of water and theres not much

but if youre gonna go out like taking your dog for a walk,

wear something you'll wear again on the weekend

Get your uniform dirty on purpose after eating and doing stuff after school. Then she'll have no choice to allow you to wash it :)

I'll agree, it definitely looks uncomfortable to wear just to hang out.  I agree with the other poster that maybe you can make a deal with your mom that you'll do the extra laundry.  Maybe she's afraid that you'll wear a different "after school" outfit everyday, thus tons of laundry.

Heck, I don't know, maybe she'll let you change into your PJ's, those are comfy, and after a while, she'll realize that's silly and let you wear other clothes.

Sorry that I can't be more help, but us moms can be pretty weird sometimes :-)
