How can I get my pictures from my iPod to my laptop?

I'm trying to get my pictures that I have saved on my iPod to my laptop. I have the full size picture on there and was wondering how do I transfer those to the other computer?

Double click the iPod icon on the desktop. It should open a window with folders. The folder you're looking for is probabely 'DCIM'. Just drag and drop...
