I was convicted of possession misdemeanor and harboring a fugitive but not sure if that was a felony or not, It was 2 separate cases that were tried together in pa and was convicted finally in 2005, but it happened in 2003.... First Q: How do I find out what I pleaded to, I have a criminal history report and it doesn't tell me what type of crime is was. but it does say all of the charges against me whether I pleaded to them or not. 2 Q: How can I possibly get this expunged? I was young and stupid and now I cant get a good job due to it. 3 Q: I really want to go to school for radiology tech, but not sure if I don't get this off my record if I can get certified or even hired for a job in this field. If anyone has any info they can provide me it would be helpful.

  1. You can go to the clerk of courts to obtain your record. You have to fill out some papers. To get it expunged you have to file a petition yourself and not all judges will grant it. There's also attorney's will process the expungement for you, it's worth it if it's for  job. They usually charge about $700 for it. Go to your county or state website for how to file the paperwork.
