  1. Massaging Gel Insoles would be your best bet. They're usually available at Wal-Mart and similar stores.

  2. You can do this:

Wear gel insoles, it might not seem like much but im telling you that it helps, and for the blisters, take clear bandaids and put them wear the shoe rubs on the skin, and you wont have blisters.

  3. try using toe pads.

  4. What I do with my son when he gets new shoes is to have him wear them starting at 15 minute intervels, then for 30 minutes, then one hour for about a week before high school starts. Any brand new shoe is likely to cause blisters if they are not broken in. If you haven't worn these outside and they aren't messed up the bottoms, can you return them for a wider size? Sometime shoes fit fine every where except in the toe or in the heel. If that is the case, I would try to return them if they are still in new condition for a more comfortable or wider pair of shoes. I'm sure that the people who bought them for you would want them to be comfy and they would understand if you had to exchange them for a different

    pair or style.

If what I have stated above doesn't work, try taking them to a shoe repair shop and explain where the shoes are hurting you. They can be professionally stretched so they won't lose their style but to where they are more comfortable on you. I've done this with a few pair and had good luck.

Brand new shoes can be a real pain, even flats, if you do not stretch them out to fit your feet comfortably. I hope that this is of some help to you.   Good luck!  Ã¢Â˜Âº

  5. Dr. Scholls squishy insoles are very comfortable and can work well in new shoes. Otherwise, bend the heel of the shoe until it's broken in. I do this a lot and it helps.

  6. just keep walking around in them and put band aids on your blisters
