How can I get my texas license when my out of state one was suspended then expired? Can I start over new?

suspended in florida in 2003, expired Feb 2008. Now live in Texas and need to get license

  1. Before you can obtain a license, you will have to satisfy any court fines in Florida, plus pay a reinstatement fee for the driving privileges through the DMV.  After that is cleared,  you can present the documentation to the Texas DMV, and apply for a new license.

  2. You need to clear up the suspension status and pay the fines in Florida, before Texas issues you their license.

    if your license is suspended in one state another state won't issue you a drivers license.

  4. Yea sorry to tell U but if your liscense is suspended in one state then it is suspended in all of them.  If it is not suspended anymore and it is just expired then go to the local DMV and you can get your new one
