How can I get my thinking skills back?

Alright I will admit that I have completed very few tasks that required any major thought since my spring semester of college ended in May. Now everything is going super slow for me. How can I get my mind back to normal?

  1. Get into a routine each day.  Write down everything you plan to do for the day.  Then, make yourself do the task at that specific time.  Encouraging yourself to remain within this self-imposed mental framework may enhance your thinking skills.
