How can I get my webcam to work?

I have a jvc mega pixel gr-dvp7u and I want to use it as a webcam. It registers as a webcam on the device, but it is only able to register audio on the computer. I cannot find it on the computer, either. Help?

Well you need to go to the link below and follow the instructions on en 72 (page 72) Not the best answer but as a tech its the best I can do for now,  hope that helps feel free to mail me and I will try to help further.
