How can I get myself to exercise when I can but I just don't want to?

I want to exercise and loose weight but I don't want to sometimes how can I get energized without drinking sugary drinks that don't really help.

  1. listen to music!

    write down and tell people when you're going to go work out, so it'll help you stick to it. set a goal, which always works for me.

    be sure you fit exercise into your schedule at a specific time, even if you have to move some things around.

    it also always helps when your with a friend.

    most of all, its only going to benefit you, and if you're mentally ready to workout and challenge yourself, then you can do it .
