  1. like many others have said, face your fears... I was like you when I was much younger.... at that time I was pretty much afraid of everything.... even cried looking at a lobster behind an aquarium.... =p so I never dared take rollercoasters when I was young...

Anyway fast forward, I went to a theme park with a bunch of friends after about 10 years since the last time I ever rode one... and only to find out how long since I have been on a rollercoaster when I was already strapped into the car.... well... no turning back now.... and voooooooom!!! I was like whooaaaaa omggggg.... but at the same time its like coooool! I am actually doing it finally....

What I would suggest doing, ride with friends and ride the same ride multiple times.... you will be afraid at the start, but just crunch it and go! Soon you will familiarize yourself with the course and feel the up and downs... and will feel comfortable that the car is actually pretty safe and you will not be launched off your seat....

    Hope this helps!

  2. Your seatbelted and lap bared, just know that the G-forces are the thrill of the ride.

  3. the only way to conquer it is to face your fear. thts what they all say anyway :)

    good luck hun

    xx

  4. u look  urself in the mirror and say "do i wanna b a p***y?"

  5. Just don't look down and try to get in the middle where possible.

  6. dont worry, roller coasters are safer than your furniture. literally. heres a website telling you about it.

  7. You need to get over your paranoia about falling out because if it were a ride where you could fall out, then it would not be being operated. Just enjoy the ride!!!

  8. Why bother?

It's quite sensible to hate being jerked around for no

good reason, and being charged money for it adds

    insult to injury.

  9. step 1. Just think to yourself "Would so many people be on this ride if you can fall out?" and also think if the odds of you being the first accident to ocurr out of how many people are there and have ever been there.

step 2.Face your fear. Once you face your fear and use step one im sure you will have more fun. Also, think about the fun factor, not the safety factor (i know safety first, but the theme park managers should have that step done for you, as long as you are in good health, of course)

  10. get over it ?

  11. your going to have to ride it, you will NOT fall out!!! you'll have fun! good luck!
