I'm a very deep sleeper and I need tips on how to wake myself up. I've tried everything...I've tried 3-4 Alarm clocks, people, sleeping earlier, drinking alot before I go to bed (I still don't wake up, no matter how much I drink and I just end up having to go to the bathroom super bad when I wake up...). And it seems that nothing wakes me up. I really need some advice because I have almost lost jobs due to this, and I almost flunked out of school for being late. Its becoming very annoying that I'm unable to wakeup. Please give me advice about this! Thank you!
