How can I get official records that U.S. won't renew a visa?

I have a client who has a warrant for his arrest out of Texas. He is in Mexico and tried to get a replacement visa to travel to Tx to go to court but was denied entry because of the warrant. I have emailed and called the American embassy in Mexico but can't get anyone to respond. Any advice?

well, was he denied a visa, or denied entry? The two aren't the same thing. If he was denied entry, you'd need to talk with CBP/DHS. If he was denied the visa, you'd have to talk to the embassy or the Department of State.   try [e-mail].

You are obviously not a good lawyer if you are asking a bunch of know-nothings like us!  I think your client should fire you.  He could just turn up at the border and get arrested.
