I go back to school on August 19, which means I have roughly nine days to get on a schedule so I can wake up early enough. School starts at 8:00am, and I want to wake up at 6:30am. Currently I'm waking up at about 8:00am and falling asleep between 12:00am and 1:00am. Any help?Please don't suggest staying up for 24 hours and going to sleep early. That doesn't work for me--when I get too tired I get nauseous.
