How can I get on a regular sleeping patter?

I go to sleep at around 2 in the morning and wake up at 1 in the afternoon.

I want to be going to sleep around 10 and wake up at 8

  1. first you but an alarm clock and set it for when you want to get up.  Place the alarm clock away from your bed so you can't hit the snooze button and go back to sleep, Go to bed at the same time every night and get out of bed the same time every morning, no matter how tired you feel. Keep repeating this. Avoid any type of stimulants such as coffee, cigarettes exercising  after 6:00 pm. Make your room  comfortable  and condusive for sleep.  Try reading a book.  You may be grumpy and tired initially but you must get yourself on a regular schedule.  Good Luck.

    u need to go a nite without sleep then over a week of mad sleep hours it should be where u want it
